Which club can stop Bayern Munich from winning the Bundesliga title this season?

It’s been three months since the new season of Bundesliga started. So far, each team has played 14 games and at number 1 spot is Bayern Munich with thirteen wins, one draw and zero loses. In majority of the fourteen winning games, Bayern Munich have scored at least 3 goals.

Bayern Munich are no doubt the most successful team in German football, because they have won the most championship titles and most cups. The 2015-2016 season is the 53^rd season of the Bundesliga, out of 52 seasons, Bayern have won 25 Bundesliga titles, including the title for the previous season. Based on the first 14 games results, there is apparently no other teams in Bundesliga who could mount a challenge for Bayern Munich this year.

To win Bundesliga title, the team would have to achieve consistent results throughout the season. Before the season started, teams like Dortmund, Schalke 04 and Wolfsburg are tipped as challengers. 14 games into the season, Dortmund are currently sitting at #2, and 8 points behind Bayern Munich. Dortmund probably having a tough start under the new manager, Thomas Tuchel, and the loss of key players like Lewandoski. However, Dortmund still retain a good squad of quality players, thus they should stand a reasonable chance to challenge Bayern Munich’s top spot.

Bayern are favourites every year, they have a world class squadwith players like Lewandowski, Lahm, Boateng, Alonso, Muller, and last but not the least Manuel Neuer, one of the best goalkeepers in the world.

On top of that, the arrival of players like Arturo Vidal and Douglas Costa can fill in gaps that are left by Ribery and Robben. With squad of world class player and brilliant manager like Pep Guardiola, Bayern definitely has the best chance to win the Bundesliga title yet again. Simply put, in the Bundesliga, they are simply in a class of their own.
